The perfect base for visiting Eryri (Snowdonia) National park, the Slate Landscape World Heritage site and the extensive range of activities which Llanberis has to offer: walking/climbing/biking/swimming/paddle board, canoe etc Llanberis path for Snowdon (Y Wyddfa), lake, Sherpa bus stop are just a short walk from the house. The space Quarrys mans cottage circa 1900. The accommodation comprises: Kitchen The kitchen is compact and well equipped including a full size dishwasher, built in oven/hob, large fridge/freezer with water dispencer) and a microwave. Leading off from the kitchen is a cupboard under the stairs which is where you’ll find (not Harry Potter!) iron and ironing board, it can also house a fold up pushchair/ walking boots /rucksacks etc. Dinning Room A spacious dinning room with a large oak dinning table, suitable for up to 6 adults and a toddler. Here you will find a selection of books, (including children’s) O.S. maps of the area and board games. Living Room With views towards the mountains. The comfortable living room is a great place to relax at the end of an adventurous day. Equipped with Sky T.V. Entrance Hall The hallway has coat hooks where you can hang your coats or keys. First Floor Bedroom 1 With views towards the mountains. This room has a double bed, double wardrobe, two storage units under the bed, 2 bedside tables and lamp plus full-length wall mounted mirror Bedroom 2 - The Master Bedroom With views towards the mountains. This is a sizeable room featuring a King size bed, 2 bedside tables 2 bedside lamps, a double wardrobe with 2 drawers, large 5 drawer chest, full length wall mounted mirror and a comfortable chair. Bedroom 3 With views towards the mountains. This bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe with large mirror and drawer and a 5-drawer chest with table lamp. The Bathroom The bathroom is fitted with a Mira Atom mixer shower above the bath. Back Yard Laundry Room/Utility Washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the larger outbuilding in the back yard. There is also a line and pegs for drying outside if preferred. Also in this building there are shelves with hooks, ideal for drying wetsuits etc. Bikes, paddles boards, pushchairs etc., can also be stored here under lock and key. In the yard are a table and 5 chairs, ideal for al fresco dinning. Front Garden There is a small lawned garden at the front where you can sit and watch the sunset. Free parking There is free parking on the street outside the house. Access To access the house the key will be in a key safe by the front door. We can also meet you if required. Child’s high chair, travel cot and stair safety gate can be supplied upon request. Guest access The entire property is for your own private use. The property has a front garden, with bench and views towards the mountains.(a great place to cheer on the runners in the Snowdon marathon as they head for the finish line). The court yard at the rear of the house has a table, 5 chairs and large bench. The laundry room and secure bike storage is also situated in the courtyard. The rear of the house can also be accessed via the path which runs along either side of the terrace. Other things to note Gwynedd Parking Permit provided which gives you free unlimited parking at Ger Y Llyn long stay car park (beside the lake) and also covers a selection of other long stay car parks in Gwynedd if you wish to venture further afield.
