The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob and with all essential equipment plus coffee machine and washing machine, sorry no dishwasher at present. Featuring Belfast sink, slate worktop, retro larder and large dining table, the kitchen is a nice sociable space to hang out where you can still interact with those in the lounge. There is a smart TV in the lounge and the wifi is good all around the cottage. The bathroom has basin, toilet and bath with a over the bath electric shower and a nice stained glass window out to the garden. Guest access Cycle to the Zipworld is so called because it has the Lon Las Ogwen cycle path just behind the cottage, and is very close to Zipworld. This means you can walk (or cycle) to Zipworld or the Ogwen Valley without seeing a car. Ten minutes stroll to Zipworld, or go a little further to enjoy the waterfall and ancient bridge at Ogwen Bank and on to the stunning Ogwen valley. Alternatively head down to the university city of Bangor. There is a cycle path for most of the route. There are easily accessible buses and taxis locally and if you prefer not to bring the car at all, then jump on the train to Bangor and get a bus or cab to the cottage knowing you'll have all local amenities close by and beautiful walks from the door. if you do bring the car then there is normally parking on the road outside the cottage and a small gateway space for a second vehicle. Other things to note You have neighbours on either side, so whilst we want you to relax and feel at home, please be respectful to residents and keep noise levels down in the late evenings.
