Bright and airy detached house

Personal single-storey house of 90 m² with garden, refurbished and redecorated by me in 2019. It is bright and above all well located. All shops are within walking distance (Leclerc, bakery, cheese shop, market, etc.). Tours is less than 10 minutes away by car and also accessible by bike thanks to the bike path along the banks of the Loire. Friends and family nearby to help you out in case of a problem. Linens are provided but cleaning is your responsibility (not included).
