Shared use of washing machine, tumble drier and back garden. Parking is at roadside. Easy access to South Downs for walking or off-road cycling. Lancing Beach 1.5 miles. Brighton and Worthing a few miles by bike, car, bus, train. The space Bedroom can be arranged to sleep two on single beds or one double bed. Bikes can be locked under the annex's entrance canopy. Guest access Shared access to washing machine, tumble drier, washing line and small internal clothes drying space. Also, access to back garden which you are welcome to use. Other things to note Two low beams and partial low ceiling in the accommodation mean it's not really suitable for people over 6' 3" tall. Access is down steps and slope and accommodation has one internal step so, not suitable for wheelchairs etc.
