Quirky Apartment in Stunning Estuary Town

A recently refurbished two bedroom flat with interesting features, fixtures and fittings. The building was once a farming supplies shop and is in a charming position near the centre of town, a stone's throw from the beautiful estuary and the bustling high street full of independent shops and restaurants. The flat is filled with quirky and fun features, such as the 1980's Amstrad Hi-Fi for guests to play all their old vinyl! The space The flat has a comfortable double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. The living area has a smart TV and retro hi-fi system for guests to enjoy, and is open to the stunning newly fitted kitchen. The kitchen has a fitted dishwasher, but no washing machine as there is a launderette just 100 yards down the road for guests to use. Flat 2 has it's own parking space adjacent to the flat. Our recommendation is to go to one of the stunning beaches situated within a few miles of the property, or chill out in Duncombe Park, a lovely amenity only 200 yards away from the front door. Guest access The flat is one of four in a residential block, but there are no shared spaces. Guests have access to the whole flat and parking space. Other things to note July 23 - A note regarding some poor past reviews We had a very annoying neighbour in the flat below who has thankfully now moved out. He was the cause of the smoke smells and some very poor behaviour which some guests mentioned in their reviews. As a result of this person, we took our flat off AirBnb for a while, which is why we have a gap in our reviews. This person left the apartment block in February 23 and his flat is now being refurbished and prepared for a new tenant. There is a no smoking clause in the new tenancy agreement for that flat.
