You will find a main room (living-room with sofa-bed and cooking area), a separated sleeping area for 2 (with bunk-beds), a bathroom with bathtub and toilets in it and an east-oriented balcony with a nice view on Prarion and Dômes des Miages. You will find newly bought beds, a televison, a fully fitted kitchen (microwave oven, oven, 2 electrical hot plates, fridge, boiler, coffee machine, raclette and fondue machine. Guest access Car access: A40 highway, exit 21 (Saint Gervais les Bains - Passy). Drive 6 km to the center of Saint Gervais les Bains. Train access: Direct trains from Paris to TGV Le Fayet-Saint Gervais stop, with bus (5min) to Saint Gevais les Bain center. Plane access: Geneva Airport, 1h-drive, direct buses available. Other things to note Free Shutte (2 min) in front of the home to Skiing area "Evasion Mont Blanc" (450 km slopes) Skiing area "les Houches" (Chamonix Mont Blanc) using the "Tramway du Mont Blanc" train (rail station at 300m)
