The space The house is located in the heart of a centuries-old olive grove of 2 hectares, among the scents of the pine forest and Mediterranean scrub. From the window and on the veranda in front, after an expanse of olive trees, you can admire the sea in the background. The house also has independent services, with a laundry room, with products for the washing machine, drying rack and ironing board. The house has a large fenced parking lot, in an oasis of peace, 10 minutes from the center of Vieste, and from the enchanting beaches, guests are always assisted for every need, by me and my family who live in Luco, the use of the barbecue does not provide charcoal, facing the view, solarium with sunbeds and umbrella are available free of charge. All the services of the house are included, as well as the products for cleaning the house, the iron with table, clothes hangers, washing machine, air conditioning and free WiFi, pets are not allowed in the house. Guest access Guests access the estate through an automatic gate with remote control. Once on site, they are welcomed by the owner. The house has a large private parking lot. Free.
