Studio type cottage for 2 people with living room including kitchen and dining area and 140 cm bed for 2 people. Please note, the bed is on wheels that slide under a platform. Not suitable for people with limited mobility or with knee or back problems (bed located 20 cm from the floor). The space On-site access to a communal swimming pool located in the courtyard shared by the cottages Other things to note Upon arrival, a security deposit will be requested. The amount is €150. At the tenant's choice to issue a check or make a bank imprint. This amount will not be collected but kept until the end of the stay. It is returned to the tenant, after the contradictory inventory, after deduction, if necessary, of the cost of repairing the premises and the cost of replacing the elements and equipment made available. This period may not exceed 60 days. If the security deposit is insufficient, the tenant agrees to make up the difference, on the basis of supporting documents given by the owner. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided (possibility of renting on site)
