Guest access Guests have access to the entire suite including the bedroom, private bath, storage areas and patio. The entrance is private access so you may come and go as you please. Other things to note Rules & Fees for a Smooth & Comfortable Stay Check-in & Check-out: Check-in and check-out times are fixed unless arrangements are made in advance. Late check-out may incur a $200 expedited cleaning fee for safety and sanitation reasons. Cleanliness & Safety: Please ensure trash is properly disposed of, towels are placed in the linen basket, and bed linens are piled on the bed. This helps us keep the space safe and clean for our housekeepers and future guests. No Smoking or Candles: Smoking, candles, diffusers, or incense are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a deep cleaning fee of $200. Additional Guests: Guests beyond the initial two will be charged $55 per person, per night. Pets: Dogs and cats are welcome with a $40 per pet fee. Please keep dogs on a leash at all times, avoid running through landscaping or disturbing neighbors, and ensure nails are trimmed. All droppings must be picked up and disposed of outside. Please avoid tracking mud or excessive dirt inside—additional cleaning fees may apply if the space becomes overly dirty.
