We rent our beautiful attic apartment in the southwest of Berlin. The house is not far from Grunewald and some of the most beautiful lakes in Berlin, making it a perfect starting point for relaxed city explorations. // Luminous loft apartment room in beautiful southwest Berlin. The house is located close to many lakes and a wonderful forest. It is perfect to discover the city from this relaxing and family-friendly neighborhood. The space The room is located in our newly renovated attic (2nd Floor) with private bathroom. The room is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200) and a large single bed (140 x 200). In addition, an extra sleeping space can be provided. So we can accommodate up to 4 people. The nearest metro station (Podbielskiallee) is 11 minutes walk, through a quiet neighborhood. // The room is in our attic, so you can enjoy a whole level to yourself- including a private bathroom. The space includes one queen and one double bed. We offer the option to add one single mattress on the floor to sleep one additional person (total of 4). From the apartment, it is an 11-minute walk through our quiet neighbourhood to the nearest U-Bahn station Podbielskiallee. Here one can easily catch a train connection into the city centre, which takes about 25 minutes (it is 25 minutes from here to Berlin’s Zoological Garden). There are also nearby bus connections that run into the city. We are well connected by public transport to reach the city centre, yet our neighbourhood of Schmargendorf is too worth exploring, and offers a charming and unique experience of Berlin. There are many lovely restaurants, cafés, ice-creameries, and bakeries within just a few minutes’ walk. As the apartment is located in the house’s attic, please note that there are stairs to climb to reach the room. The attic is located on the 2nd story of the home.
