Home has 400+ sqft on 1 story w/ 1 sofa bed and master bed on 1st floor, PRO-decor and furnished. You'll be mesmerized! Come enjoy the outdoors & experience the world of GLAMPING. All ages will feel the adventure awaiting! Great for couples and family getaways. Stars are bright! The space Take a jump into tiny home living inside the Icelandic Aurora - a northern lights experience in Magnolia Tiny House Village. From the moment you walk in you will be in AWE, as if you just stepped onto the set of your very own tiny house show. Features highlighted in this home include the Iceland aurora theme and the spacious layout provides enough space for up to 4 people to sleep here comfortable. The patio is very large for outdoor relaxation. The home is situated on a 14 acre property with a fruit orchard, organic garden, bass stocked fishing pond, and lush floral gardens with breathtaking scenery. Come experience "Glamping" at it's finest. We have all the luxury amenities of a 5-star hotel yet in the most beautiful scenic outdoor setting with the perfect night sky where truly the stars are as big as Texas. We have over 15 species of birds on property including but not limited to Bluejays, Cardinals, Robins, Hummingbirds, Red-headed woodpeckers and much more. We have bass stocked fishing! (Fishing is only allowed from the banks not on the dock). We will have freshly picked flowers from our garden (in season only) and come eat off our fruit trees (in season only). This is a nature lover's paradise and we have something for everyone of all ages to enjoy. The neighboring property has beautiful horses, longhorns and cute donkeys. Bring some carrots and apples and they will love you. Perfect for romantic getaways for couples and for family gatherings as well. Some of our tiny homes in our community are also for sale. Same models designed to your specifications can be built to order. If you loved staying here, please inquire about purchasing a tiny home and putting it on our property or your own. We have a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with complimentary coffee, a dining table, and living room couch sitting area, entire space equipped with wireless internet. We have internet TV in living room and master room for all of your entertainment needs. All sleep areas have comfortable mattresses with the softest sheets. We want you to enjoy the outdoors so we have lounging areas outside. Bathroom includes complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, hairdryer and more. Laundry and washing facility accessible by manager $5 per wash and dry cycle load. Guest access All guests are freely allowed to roam the property as desired in regards to nature viewing and activities. There is a white house on the property that is off limits. Please do not enter the pond or the pier and fishing is catch and release only from the banks. All children under the age of 12 must be under adult supervision at all times. The camp fire pit closer to the lake is for the guest to use. The fire pit and hammock near the main house is not for the guests to use. Thanks for your understanding in advance. Other things to note We are on a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper down into the toilet. All other items please use the trash bin. Each home on the property has a designated parking areas please follow the instructions on the house manual limit 2 cars. You can park up to two cars on the right side of the home facing the pond. Please do not drive on the grass or block any main roads with your vehicle.
