Right next to the beaches of Solidor and Bas Sablons, we invite you to spend a few days in our apartment located in the Saint Servan district. Shops and amenities nearby. The old walled city is about a 20-minute walk away. Free street parking The accommodation includes a double bedroom and a sofa bed (2 people – memory foam mattress) in the living room. We'll be happy to welcome you! Wednesday, check-in by 7:00 p.m. See you soon! The space No smoking. No party. Check-in on Wednesdays: except for the 2nd week of school holidays, check-in can only be from 7:00 p.m. For the little ones: umbrella bed, cane stroller, baby bath and child dishes available! We do not provide toiletries. No private parking. It is obvious that the maintenance of the accommodation is done between each tenant, that said, we expect respectful behavior from them. By this we mean that the bed linen is removed, that the dishes are made and put away, that the bins have gone down in the dedicated room for this purpose, that what was soiled is cleaned (table, countertop, etc.), that a vacuum is passed if necessary, that the windows are closed at checkout.
