The apartment IRIS is located in a traffic calmed area in the center of Oberammergau between City hall and the Museum. Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, a private outside sitting area, parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests. The space The apartment IRIS is on the Ground Floor of the house and has its own entrance as well as a parking spot on the property. There are no barriers to enter and the apartment is also free of barriers. The house is in a traffic calmed (reduced speed) area of town with plastered road and sitting benches. The apartment: - Entry way with cloth closet - Living room with kitchen area, table for eating and work, a sofa which can be converted to a sleeping place (sleeping area of a queen bed), TV, library (German and English), side entrance to an outside sitting area and the garden. - Sleeping room with a queen size bed - Shower (rain water head) and toilette, including double sink - The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooking top, backing oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, a water cooker and coffee maker (French press and Nespresso machine) - The outside sitting area belongs to the apartment. The garden and the yard, including the gas grill are free to be used by all house guests - The property is fenced. Children have space to play in the yard and the garden Babybed and chair ist available. Bicycles can be parked on the premises.
