The flat is located on the sea front, in a private residence, with a communal outdoor pool and above all direct access to the beach (Wifi/fibre included in July/August). The space Located on the top floor of a two-storey building with a lift, this apartment has a bedroom with a double bed equipped with air conditioning, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a "shower "Italian-style" , WC, washing machine and heated towel rail, a spacious air-conditioned living room opening onto a well-equipped American kitchen (oven/microwave, hob, coffee maker, etc.), a large balcony in "L" (possible access from the living/dining room and/or from the master bedroom) with blinds and finally a private solarium with synthetic grass. You can also park your vehicle for free in a private underground car park, with secure access. Guest access Complete accommodation Please note : Unless specifically requested, the cleaning of the apartment/house will be at your sole expense. In the event of non-compliance with the above, we may then deduct cleaning costs from the deposit previously paid. A tourist tax of 1€/day/person will be applicable to anyone over 16 years old, during the first 7 days of stay. This tourist tax will be collected by us and payable in cash on arrival. Household linen (sheets and towels) is not included, you can bring your own or rent it from our agency for 12€ per person/stay, on prior request. Animals are not allowed in the accommodation and its annexes. No payment by bank check or holiday check will be accepted. Our internal rules are posted in all the apartments/houses (in French, Catalan, Spanish and English). It can also be consulted on our website. Other things to note Due to a very severe drought in Catalonia, the swimming pools may not be refilled during the summer season. Therefore, we would like to inform you that, due to these water restrictions, access to the swimming pools may be restricted, or even closed, from June to September 2024. Wifi is only included in the rental price for the period of July and August and is extra for the rest of the year (Rates available on request). On the day of your departure, we will ask you to leave the rented accommodation clean and in good condition (the exit cleaning being at the charge of the customers, except if they ask us for an exit cleaning in supplement).
