Our home has been professionally decorated with a tropical theme, and the use of large wall mirrors brings the tranquil gulf views into all areas of the home. To release your inner chef, the kitchen is fully-equipped with new appliances. There is sleeping for 1-4 people on the king-sized bed and the queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is a sliding door that you can close between the bedroom and the main room for privacy, if needed. Tennis courts, pool, parking, beach!, shuffleboard, and so much more. EB&T is located on the largest "plot" on the island. There are 10 acres of nicely landscaped property for you to explore and enjoy. This includes a lake (with fountain) right next to the palm-tree lined drive as you first pull into the property. Lots of parking (free for our guests) is available, and the EB&T condominiums are located in three buildings. The pool is heated to a wonderful 85° for those cooler winter months and is open until dusk (No after dark swimming!). Think FloridaBeachSunset (that's all one word)! Free parking in the private lot. Public transportation/trolley stop on the street out front. Pre-Ian Dining options across the street and they are working to come back as quickly as possible. Please note that we book our home on Saturday to Saturday bookings. Our owner association requires a one week minimum booking and this allows us to book our home consistently. If you request a stay that doesn't end on a Saturday we will not be able to accept your booking until you cancel and resubmit with a Saturday to Saturday stay.
