Do that, and we’ll take care of everything else. Guest access The entire apartment is yours — private entrance, full kitchen, every corner. Come and go as you please. We treat every guest like a trusted friend, and we simply ask the same in return: a little care for the space and consideration for the neighbors who call this building home. The stays we love most are built on easy communication. We’re always a message away. Other things to note A few things that keep this space great for everyone: Parking: One space included. Additional overnight vehicles are $25/night — just let us know in advance. Linens & Towels: Fresh, quality linens and towels are provided. We ask that they’re treated with care — excessive use or stains will incur an additional charge. Turndown Service: Complimentary for stays of 7+ nights. Available for shorter stays at $50. Pots, Pans & Furniture: Everything is well-maintained and we’d love to keep it that way. Any damage will be charged accordingly. Plumbing: Only toilet paper goes down the drain — no exceptions. Misuse that requires a plumber will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. The Neighborhood: This is a real, lived-in Beverly Hills community. Quiet hours, respectful entry and exit, and general consideration for neighbors is expected and non-negotiable.
