La Casa de Pedro is a quaint Goan homestay in Agonda village with a breathtaking view of the Arabian sea and the hills around. Agonda beach has been ranked the best beach in India by Tripadvisor, and this property lets you enjoy the best of this premium beach at a budget price. Our 1 BR studio apartment has a comfortable bed for two, table and chairs, fridge, a kitchenette and an attached bathroom. There is enough parking space on the premises. The beach is a 7-8 min drive from the property. The space The house is on top of a hill in Agonda village. From the terrace, you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding area - the Arabian sea, the hills, the abandoned hotel, coconut groves and the forest around. The roofed terrace is a delightful place to sit and read, have a few beers, and watch the sunset. In monsoon, one can see thick black clouds pouring into the grey sea from here. The Kitchen - The room has an attached kitchen with cooking facilities and utensils. I’ll be happy to provide you with groceries of your choice. The groceries will be charged at MRP. We’ve also put a fridge which you can stock up with drinks during your stay. Balcony - All the rooms have their own private balconies. Parking - There is sufficient parking space on the gated premises. Your vehicle is safe here. Guest access The common terrace of the property is accessible to all the guests staying on the property. During your stay I will be personally available to help my guests :) Other things to note Tap water in Agonda is not fit for drinking. We recommend that you buy bottled water instead. One 1 ltr mineral water bottle per room is complimentary on check-in. After that, you can either buy your own water, or ask me to get it for you. Water will be charged at MRP. If you want your room to be cleaned, please inform the night before, and I’ll arrange for a person to clean your room the next day. You may also do your own cleaning. There is a broom and a mop in the balcony of your room. We usually change the sheets once in every 3 days. However, you may request for the sheets to be changed as per your convenience.
