Little flat in the woods / Vineyards

Best description from one of our guests : "This ‘gite’ was a real ‘find’. It is situated in a small copse of oaks but is surrounded by vineyards. Despite being close to the town of Bergerac, the situation is peaceful and calm. The accommodation is simple, clean and comfortable, and the kitchen area is sufficient to prepare your meals if you wish...We enjoyed sitting on the decking terrace in the evening with a glass or two of chilled rosé. We couldn’t recommend this accommodation higher". The space 10´from the center of BERGERAC 3´ from supermarkets and stores .. 7´ from the château de Monbazillac 1´10 from BORDEAUX 1´10 from SARLAT and DOMME 50´ from PÉRIGUEUX 45´ from SAINT-ÉMILION No Wi-Fi ! Guest access A 55 square meters space with one bedroom, one main room (kitchen and living room), one large bathroom and separated toilets. Other things to note The place is confortable for 2, but up to 3 with a baby. A child or teenager ( young) sleeps in the couch. Please note the clic-clac isn’t confortable enough for an adult. Two middle size dogs live at our place. Sanka and PonYo who stay on our side of the garden. They are very sweet but they will bark as seeing you pas sing by the house. No barking at night as they stay inside with us. No wi-fi for now, but 4G is fine !
