Welcome to Sani Resort. This stunning residence is just an 8-minute walk from the center. It is very bright, with a large and safe courtyard in a lush pine forest. The trees provide unique coolness. It is suitable for families with children. It accommodates up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 large living room with 3 sofas. Access to the sea in 8 minutes on foot or 1 minute by car. The sea is shallow and sandy. The space The villa is located in the village of Stavronikitas and is an independent two-storey house with a very large and beautiful garden. In the center you can find supermarkets, bakeries, many restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. There are three bedrooms: the first has a double bed, the second two single beds and the third room has a single bed with an extra fold-out bed. All rooms have built-in closets and balconies. There are two toilets in the house, one on each floor. The coolness of the pine trees is something unique and offers an incredible sense of calm and serenity. The house also has a basement in which there is an extra refrigerator, enough toys for children, tools as well as four large water tanks in case of interruption. Guest access Guests have access to all areas and amenities of the house. Other things to note The villa is only 45 minutes from Macedonia Airport in Thessaloniki. I suggest you rent a car for both short distances and longer distances. At a distance of 4 km in the village of Kasandrea there is a medical center, pharmacies and a bank. Every Tuesday, a large open-air food market is held in Kasandrea. Linens and towels are provided. The host will be there for the keys and will answer anything guests want to know.
