Welcome to Sani Resort. This stunning property is located within 8 minutes' walk to the center of New York. It is very bright, with a large and safe courtyard in a rich pine forest. The trees give unique coolness. It is suitable for families with children Accommodates up to 6 people having 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 large living room with 3 sofas. Access to the sea in 8 minutes on foot or in 1 minute by car. The sea is shallow and sandy. The space The villa is located in the village of Stavronikita and it is a detached two-story house with a very large and beautiful garden. In the center you can find supermarkets, bakeries, many restaurants, coffee shops, shops etc. There are three bedrooms: the first has a double bed, the second two single beds, and the third room has a single bed with an extra opening bed. All rooms have fitted wardrobes and balconies. In the house there are two toilets,one on each floor. The coolness of pine trees is something unique and they offer an incredible sense of calm and serenity. The residence has an underground space which has an extra fridge, enough toys for gaming, tools and four large water tanks in the event of a water outage. Guest access The guests have access to all the spaces and amenities of the house. Other things to note The villa is only 45 minutes from Macedonia Airport in Thessaloniki. I recommend renting a car for both short and long distances. Within 4 klm in the village of Kasandria there is a medical center, pharmacies and Bank. Every Tuesday there is a large outdoor food market in Kasandria. Linen and towels are provided. The host will be there for the keys and will respond to anything guests want to know.
