Flagstaff favorite. Beautiful cottage on a 1/2 acre yard, which sits across (fenced separately) from our personal residence. Features a full kitchen, cozy pellet stove and private outside deck. 10 min from historic downtown and Rt. 66. 15 min to Walnut Cyn, Sunset Crater, Wupatki National Parks. 45 min to Oak Creek Cyn/Sedona and 70 min to Grand Canyon. 40 min from Snow Bowl. The mountain view is stunning. Dark night skies perfect for star gazing. A honeymoon favorite. Friendly neighborhood. The space The cabin is close to Coconino National Forest where endless adventures await. There is a Forest Service hiking access 1/4 mile away. It sits at 7000 feet in elevation and you can watch storms roll in over the Peaks. Pet friendly, with a $35 pet cleaning fee. The cabin is at the base of the Peaks and is 11 minutes from downtown Flagstaff, a thriving mountain town. The summers are warm (average high is 78 degrees) and the nights are chilly (average low is 41 degrees). There is ample parking. The mountain views will take your breath away! There is no air conditioning, except a window unit in the kitchen, in warmer months but guests are quite comfortable because our nights are cool. This little haven is a favorite in Flagstaff. Guest access Guest have exclusive use of the cabin. There is a deck outside with patio table and 4 chairs, perfect for breakfast and a view of the Peaks. The cabin has a full kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. There is seating for 5 in the living room. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom downstairs, along with a full bath. There is a queen bed upstairs in the loft, as well as a full bath. There is a long couch in the living room that can be used as a bed. If you have a large vehicle (including, but not limited to: RVs, boats and horse trailers) please contact me prior to making your reservation. Other things to note No telephone, no cable/satellite tv, but it does have internet, board games, books, and local travel guides. There is usually decent cell phone coverage. There is a window unit air conditioning in the downstairs in the warmer months, but it is rarely needed. There is no door to the upstairs bathroom, but the entire upstairs is completely private and separate from the rest of the house.
