Apartment (75m2) is new duplex located 10m from the sea in a new villa. Our guests can use 2 sun loungers on the beach, a garage and terrace (privet land 200m2), free of charge. The terrace is just by the sea for dining and outdoor relaxing, where guests can prepare their own barbecue and enjoy the sea with an amazing view. There is a quiet 2 beach bars offering food, 2 walking distance restaurants (Amfora and Veranda) and 300m away there is a shop (Batan). The space Orahovac is a quiet, peaceful place, with 2 nice beach bars (ElCortez and Grota), 2 restaurants (Veranda and Amfora), and 2 shops (Batan & Meri). The entrance from the beach to the sea is gentle, gradual. Bed dimensions: - 180 cm (2x90conneced) x 1 pcs, 140 cm x 1 pc, 160 cm x 1 pcs on the gallery and sofa bed x 1 pcs. Guest access Guests may use 2 sun loungers on the beach, barbecue, garage for a car, berth ( buoy) for a boat, and terrace (our plot fo land 200m2 that can use only our guests) free of charge Other things to note Some of the guests - Parents with babies have opted for our apartments, because they could monitor the child sleeping (mostly in the afternoon) using a baby alarm from the beach and restaurant. The beach is 15m from the bedroom. The baby alarm is not part of our offer, the parents brought the alarm themselves. The entrance to the sea is gentle, gradual and there are no urchins on the beach in front of the house, If you have a boat and with prior notice, you can use the boat buoy in front of the house (if available), free of charge.
