Our beloved home is close to Greenlake and Northgate. We love living here because of the outdoor space, the home's cozy charm, and our location! (10-15 min walk to Greenlake, a couple blocks to the nearest bus stop, and 2 minutes to I-5 by car). You will have access to the entire home: two bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The outside deck space and the laundry in the basement are shared with another tenant in a completely separate studio apartment on the grounds. The space Our home was built in 1910 when our neighborhood was mostly pasture and orchards. The interior has been entirely updated with vaulted ceilings, wainscoting and crown moldings throughout, maintaining a vintage charm. Amenities such as a jetted tub, ceiling fans, gas fireplace and a gas range add to the comfort. We love the westward facing windows that let in lots of natural light and look out on our inviting patio, where Brazilian slate pavers, cedar planter boxes, and a picnic table invite you to spend a large part of your day outdoors in the glorious Seattle summer weather. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, minus one closet we keep locked for storage. The deck, yard and laundry in the basement are shared with another tenant whose apartment is below the patio.
