PanDora maisonette with beautiful gardens and pool

PanDora maisonette is one of the eight privately owned luxurious maisonettes built in 2008 at a land of 3000m². It is a fully-furnished maisonette of 102m² situated inside the complex of “Villas Pandora” in Maleme, a historical village 16km away from the old town of Chania. The maisonette has panoramic view of the Cretan Sea, the village of Maleme and the city of Chania. Its comfort & warmth combined with the tranquility of the area make it a wonderfully serene spot to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The space PanDora maisonette consists of 2 spacious floors with A/C, heating, free wireless Wi-Fi and video-intercom. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and an open plan living-room area with a flat 32” TV and a fireplace. On the first floor there are 2 comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms..one with a double king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom and another one with two single beds. Next to this bedroom there is one more bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub. Linens, towels, toiletries along with all the necessary appliances including coffeemaker, washing machine, iron and all kitchen items are provided. All the balconies of the maisonette have a gulf view of the swimming pool, the Cretan Sea, the village of Maleme & the city of Chania, where you can enjoy any time of the day. It must also be stressed out that the main gate that leads to the maisonette and the parking area opens only with a remote control, which prevents entry to unauthorized people and increases the feeling of safety. Guest access "Villas Pandora" has a large swimming pool and a smaller one for children, lovely gardens and a big parking space to where all the owners/guests of the maisonettes have access. Maleme beach is only 500m away, where someone can enjoy the sun and the clear blue waters as well as taste local food and fresh fish in one of the many taverns along the coast. PanDora maisonette is located at a distance of 500m from the center of Maleme that has supermarket, bakery, restaurants, drug stores and various other shops, 16km from the picturesque old town of Chania, 28km from the international airport of Chania, and 9km from the General Hospital. Last but not least, the strategic location of the maisonette facilitates the excursions to the best destinations of West Crete.. for example the well-known Balos beach, the historical Gramvousa, the impressive Elafonisi and Kedrodasos with their natural beauty, Falasarna that has been awarded as the best beach in Crete and one of the 10 best beaches in Europe as well as to the nearby areas, like Platania and Agia Marina where you can do water sports during daytime and at night you can go to the bars and restaurants of the area.
