Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard. The space The TV has a Chromecast connected. You can then "cast" programs to the TV from your smartphone such as Netflix, Viaplay, SVT Play, i.e. if you have these installed on your smartphone. In the cabin, there is also a Sonos speaker. With a Sonos app on your smartphone, you can control all the world's radio channels and even music if you have Spotify installed on your phone. Guest access You have access to the entire cottage except for our "little cottage". Inside the small cottage, we store our clothes and other personal items during your stay. There are bicycles in various sizes that can be borrowed Other things to note Within the cottage area, there is access to a tennis court, (booked via the booking board next to the tennis court) soccer field and bowling alley. In this area there is also a barbecue area with benches and tables.
