Spacious, light-filled first-floor apartment in Camberley - ideal for families, couples and longer stays. Two bedrooms (king, plus twins that push together into a super king), sofa bed and travel cot. Blackout curtains for proper sleep. Fully equipped kitchen with larder staples, tea, coffee and Tassimo pods, plus a generous living room. Superfast fibre, Netflix, Prime, Sky Sports. Short walk to town; Camberley station reaches Ascot in 2 stops for London/Reading. Parks and tennis 200m away. The space Our large, airy first-floor apartment is ideal for families or couples for short or long stays. It offers a master with a very comfortable King bed with ample drawer space. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to make super king with our Laura Ashley day bed, with memory foam mattresses. A desk and TV with DVD player makes it ideal for an extra work space or for kids. A triple wardrobe provides generous hanging space. Both bedrooms have black-out curtains and provide a restful, quiet space. We have a Joie travel cot with sheets (no duvet) and changing mat for babes, which can easily be sited in either bedroom. The sofa bed in the living room provides a third sleeping space if required. The large bathroom has a shower over a large bath with good pressure. Our family uses the premises as a bolt-hole and the kitchen is fully equipped and is perfect for long or short stays. The kitchen has been refurbished with new work surfaces, sink, hob and oven, as throughout, it has been decorated to a high standard. There’s a larder, cereal, condiments, spices, oils, coffee, tea, etc. We have a Tassimo coffee machine and will provide some pods to get you up and running. We are happy for our guests to use anything from the cupboards and make themselves right at home. Satellite / Virgin channels consist of Amazon Prime, Netflix and Terrestrial and Virgin TV channels. BT and Sky sports We have Virgin unlimited super fast fibre optic broadband too. While the apartment has a small communal garden, we are 200m from the expansive Watchetts Playing Fields, which has a fabulous playground for kids and public tennis courts. Guest access There is ample on-road parking around the property - please don’t park in the allocated bays, which are for residents. Other things to note Strictly no smoking, vaping or candles in the apartment or communal areas - we can only accept non-smokers. Joie travel cot (sheets, no duvet) and changing mat available, in either bedroom. Plus high chair for meals. First-floor apartment reached by stairs (no lift), so please bear this in mind for anyone with limited mobility. Nearby: Watchetts Playing Fields (200m) with playground and tennis courts; Camberley town centre a short walk; Farnborough Main for fast London trains; Ascot, Legoland and Thorpe Park nearby.
