Home is located off the main roadway with potential noise from traffic. 2025 Summer/fall construction noise from main roadway. Service animals must be known in advance due to shared spaces/amenities. Lake home may bring added bugs in the warmer months. Hot tub is a soaking tub with no jets. Pool/ dock is seasonal (April or May to end of Sept) Built in coffee maker not for use.
