The space In the heart of the Golden Triangle of the Perche Regional Natural Park, on the edge of the Réno-Valdieu state forest, and a 5-minute walk from the village of La Chapelle-Montligeon (pharmacy, hotel-restaurant, bakery, grocery store, post office, café, equestrian centers), Carine and Nicolas welcome you with friends or family for a relaxing and authentic stay. This small, recently renovated 18th century farmhouse is – with the neighboring house occupied by the owners – a typical set of the Percheron landscape. The complex has a quiet and wooded garden of nearly one hectare with many outdoor spaces dedicated to relaxation (tables and chairs, barbecue, brazier, deckchairs, hammocks) and games (swings, ping-pong, trampoline, etc.) and a tree house that can accommodate 2 adventurous people. The house includes on the ground floor: * a living room – dining room with large fireplace * an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, nespresso, kettle), * a so-called "Moroccan" bedroom (140 double bed) with piano, * an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, washing machine) including toilet. Upstairs: * a first bedroom (140 double bed + 1 single bed), * a second bedroom (1 single bed, 1 baby bed), * a bathroom with bathtub including toilet.
