The newly built luxurious and private residence is located in Nea Heraklia, Halkidiki, 120m from the sea in a tropical environment. The villa offers its guests a heated swimming pool for relaxation, a hot jacuzzi for 5 people and a sauna. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower with hot water. MACEDONIA Airport is 20 minutes away by car. The popular beach bars (Sahara and Crystal) are within walking distance, as is the center of the village. The space Due to the coronavirus, it is cleaned and disinfected before each new arrival. We take special care to disinfect the surfaces that the guests touch. The house is surrounded by a green environment and is located under two large trees of many years which in turn contribute and give the visitor a unique coolness!!! There are dining tables in the courtyard under the trees with a gas BQ for nice gatherings. The house has automatic night lighting and is very well insulated and cool Guest access You are welcome by the owner. Other things to note Parties and events are prohibited. Arrival times are 15:00 - 21:00. Departure until 11:00 p.m. The hours of common silence (strictly) are at noon from 14:30 to 17:30 & in the evening from 11:00 to 07:00 in the morning.
