This private two-bedroom villa lays in a side street right in the center of Bali’s popular Seminyak district. It is surrounded by a great variety of restaurants, boutiques, bars and spas and within short walking distance to the beach. It is located in the quiet gang Dewata, right next to the famous and sophisticated area of Seminyak and Oberoi with plenty of dining and night life options. With only a 15min walk to the beach and Ku De Ta Beach Club it forms the perfect getaway for everybody in need for a great and stressless stay in Bali. The villa features two King Size large air-conditioned bedrooms both with a connecting bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. The room downstairs looks out over the private swimming pool while the room upstairs is equipped with a balcony and terrace ideally for an evening drink enjoying the sunset. In the central living area of you will find enough entertainment for you and your family or friends. It has apart from the beautiful furnishing also a Home Cinema with DVD. Provided with an extensive collection of classics, comedy, action and thriller movies. Villa Pino has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave and blender. Plenty of cooking equipment, glass- and silverware is provided. Please note that the villa has open spaces with gardens. We do our best to keep animals like insects and small lizards out but you should still expect to see some. The small lizards are very common in Bali. They like to stay on the wall and ceiling and are completely harmless. The living area is open to the garden area and is equipped with ceiling fans. The bedrooms are closed and airconditioned. Please also note that we rely on public power supply and depend on a provider for internet. Usually there is no problem but in rare cases the connection might be lost and we need to wait for the provider to fix it. Please also note that the villa is close to the Banjar (local community center). A few times per year they play loud music which can be heard from the villa. Usually, they play a few hours until evening, although there has been a case where they played until night. If other neighbors play loud music at night, we can ask them to stop (not allowed), however with the Banjar we cannot do anything.
