Vernon Place is a perfect home base for exploring Melbourne either on vacation or for work. A small 1950's cottage complete with shared pool and fenced in back yard. This guest house is budget-friendly, convenient stay in a central location. It's just minutes Historic Downtown Melbourne and the beaches, and minutes to Florida Institute of Technology. Historic Downtown Melbourne attracts tourists from all over the globe with its boutiques and restaurants. Small dogs allowed with prior approval. The space Vernon Place is a quaint and private little shabby chic pool cottage and conveniently located vacation spot. You are a short drive to Historic Downtown Melbourne, close the the ecologically diverse Indian River Lagoon, and the beautiful Melbourne beaches. There are plenty of restaurants and great nightlife within a short drive. If you want to venture our further, you are only 30 minutes from the Brevard Zoo or the Sebastian Inlet. Guest access Guests have access to the pool and yard. Small dogs are welcome with prior approval. Parking is available there is a grass driveway leading directly to apt. The pool area and backyard are shared with main house guest. Other things to note This is Florida and you may encounter some bugs, lizards, or frogs we do our best to keep them away. The main house which is also an Airbnb and the rental guest house are separated by pool area.The houses are not connected. We live 5 minutes way and handle any issues. We ask that guest communicate there estimated arrival time and notify us upon departure so that we can possibly accommodate early check in or late check outs when requested.
