The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a double living room with fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 160cm200cm, 1 double bed 140cm200cm), 2 bathrooms (1 with bathtub, double wash basin, bidet, toilet and 1 with shower, wash basin, bidet, toilet), storage room with washing machine and 3 drawers freezer. The lake view double living room open on a terrace with table and chairs. A private garage is also at your disposal free of charge. Additional free of charge equipment: WI-FI, two spacious office corners with desk for LAPTOP, TV (32”), CD/radio. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts necessary to make your stay easier and prevent you from transporting too much luggage. In particular we offer: Bedlinen, bath towels, hair dryer, toiletries (shampoo, bubble bath, soap), home cleaning products, washing machine and dishwasher detergent, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board. Guest access GUEST ACCESS CHECK IN: after 4PM. You are request of collaboration for the compliance of tax and public security regulations.(We can arrange for other check in times upon request when possible with extracost). At check in we’ll need you to kindly collaborate with us to fulfil some obligations imposed by local Italian regulations. In this regards we need to ask all our guests: - a copy (front/back) of a valid Identity Document (You can send it to us via email or as a “picture”) for registration and public security procedures. - Payment of the Tourist Tax required by Lecco city (1,50€/per night for each guest over 14 years and up to a maximum of 5 nights (1 guest will pay 1,50€ for 1 night, 7,50€ for 5 or more nights). We would like to specify that we (the hosts)have the obligation to collect the tourist tax but that we do not in any way withhold the tax amounts. We must then pay it back to to local authorities that use these revenues to promote tourism activities in the region.
