This includes an equipped kitchen (personal dishes provided, household appliances) with sitting area, 2 bathrooms, terrace, closed parking according to availability. Family WIFI. This co-accommodation is a serene place to live, between people displaced for work, serious students, or eco-responsible tourists... A house where the living is good. Adherence to the charter of good functioning is requested, knowing how to live, respect for others, leaving clean behind, being the basic rules for sharing a co-accommodation. Completely "non-smoking" property. Parties are not possible. Our animal friends are not allowed. ATTENTION TOWELS AND TOILETRIES NOT PROVIDED Only for stays longer than 7 days: - participation in the collective household is requested or invoiced in addition (70 €/month/pers). - A bed linen and dish towel kit is provided upon arrival, its maintenance is your responsibility or washing package (sheets + pillowcases + duvet cover + dish towel €7), (duvet + pillow + protective mattress covers €8). - Upon departure, the complete cleaning of the room must be done, including windows and mirrors, cupboards and fridge clean or cleaning fee €100 For short stays < 7 DAYS, the room is delivered to you clean. Upon checkout, you will have to return it in the same condition or a cleaning fee of €100, your dirty sheets and dish towel on the floor. Your dishes done and put away, fridge and food cupboard emptied and clean. During your stay you are also concerned with the charter of good functioning and etiquette. Private parking for VL car only (public parking at the train station 400 m away for vans and light trucks under video surveillance) Parties not allowed During your stay As a native of Lyon, I can advise you on your trips, restaurants, visits, etc. Do you want to organize a tour of the city of Lyon, know a bouchon without breaking the bank, trabouler, or visit museums? I can organize an unusual turnkey weekend for you (allow time for site reservations). If you're traveling for work, freeway access is easy. If you want to travel by public transport, the TER and city buses are 200 m away (we are 20 minutes from Saint Paul train station in the center of old Lyon. Other things to note The common living areas dedicated to the rental must be left clean after each of your uses, bathroom, toilet, table, fridge, dishes included. A deposit check of €200 for stays of one week or less. €400 for stays longer than one week (not cashed if cleaning is done and no damage) is requested upon key handover.
