We can also provide a baby cot. The house consists of a hall (folding sofa for 1 person), bedroom (bed for 2 people), dining room (dining table), kitchen (everything for cooking and eating), bathroom. The house has 2 doors to the outside - the front entrance, and the exit to the backyard from the kitchen. Guest access You can cook in the kitchen. At the kitchen we have: refrigerator (with freezer), microwave oven, gas cooker, rice cooker, electric kettle, iron, vacuum cleaner. The kitchen is equipped with new household appliances - a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, steamer, iron, vacuum cleaner, gas stove. Also we have plates, cups, spoons, knife, etc. Dishes for eating and cooking. BBQ set outside, barbecue accessories. Folding chairs for relaxing on the highway. Relaxing chairs outside. We are not a hotel, so daily cleaning in the house (washing dishes, dry cleaning, washing, cooking, etc.) is done by you yourself. We are not a 5* hotel, so we do not provide daily room service. Wash ur dishes, laundry ur clothes, cooking, cleaning toilets etc u must do by ur self during ur stay with us. 2. If you stay more than 7 days, we will provide you with a change of linen and towels (remind if necessary) If you stay with us for 5 days or more, we provide a spare bedding set and clean towels (please remind us once you need it). 3. We do not have reception, so please notify us of your estimated time of arrival so that we can meet you at the property to give you a briefing and give you the keys. We don't have permanent 24hours reception desk, so please inform us about time of ur arrival n we will wait u at the house with the key. 4. Due to the fact that the house is located in a rustic area and close to the houses of locals (Muslims), we ask you to observe decency (do not go barely outside, defiantly do not drink alcohol, do not make noise after 22). When entering the house, be sure to remove your shoes! As the house is located in local village with Muslim surrounding, u must respect the neighborhood (don't show alcohol drinking, naked body, noise when pray time etc). Please open ur shoes before to enter the house. 5. If you are afraid of lizards, bugs, ants, cicadas and other small animals, then our house is not for you, since living in a HOUSE standing on the ground is not excluded! It is better for you to take care of an apartment in an apartment house with a higher experience. If u r afraid of lizards, bugs, crickets n other small insects, this house is not suitable for u, u must find a 30th floor flat at condo)) 6. Upon arrival, you are provided with free tea/coffee/sugar/mineral water (once, during the stay is not updated). We provide complimentary mineral water, tea/coffee/sugar (upon arrival, no replacement). 7. The house is not located on the beach line!!! Beach Street is a 15-20 minute walk. We specifically give a low price compared to competitors to leave you a margin of cost for renting transport. If you are not driving, you can use the GREB app - cheap and fast. Our house is NOT located right on the beach!!! The distance to the nearest beach road is about 15-20 min. So we give u a good price compare with another hosts for safe ur money, which u can use for rent some transport. U can use GRAB app as well/ 8. The size of the toilet in the house is small, combined. Typical Asian style when standing in the shower next to the toilet. Hot water is available in the shower. There is no bath, shower cubicle, sink for morning wash in the shower room! If a larger toilet is needed, consider other properties on my profile. The size of the bathroom IS SMALL (it will be inconvinient if ur body waight is more then 100kg)/There is no sink in the bathroom (u need to use kitchen sink for shaving)..There is NO bath tube/shower cabin inside. only normal shower with hot water.
