The space offers fast WIFI as well a large smart TV that includes access to Netflix. The house is centrally located in a quaint neighborhood just minutes from all of the shops, restaurants, bars and activities Colorado Springs has to offer! Master bedroom with it’s own bathroom and 2nd bedroom on the main floor, along with the main bathroom. Large multi purpose space downstairs, bunk bed with full mattress on top and bottom, plus a twin air mattress available for extra sleeping option! Extremely large backyard with 200 square foot deck with large seating area and grill, enjoy the sunset over the mountains in the fully enclosed and private backyard space. Guest access Guests have the place to themselves! The shed in the backyard is host access only. Other things to note The trash can is located in the side yard by the gate. Trash service is every Friday at 7 am. If your stay overlaps with this, please move the trash can onto the street at the end of the driveway. Thank you!
