Can accomodate 5 to 6 pax. -Fully-airconditioned bedrooms -Masters bedroom: *1 queen bed + *1 double bed pull out (good for two kids) *with closet -Second bedroom: *Double Bunk Single Beds -All beds have bedsheets, blankets and 2 pillows. -Full Kitchen: Refrigerator, induction cooker, cooking utensils, full set of silverwares, water dispenser, garbage bags. -Dining area: *Dining table (good for 6 pax) *with TV (you can enjoy Netflix) -with WIFI Another unique thing about our condo are our beds and pillows. It's designed to give you a great night sleep every time! ADDITIONAL SERVICE: (with additional charges) -Water Refill delivery -Pick-up & Laundry delivery -Van Rental -Keto meals/pastries Guest access Pools are open from 8:00am-9:00pm. Guests can access to the pool for a minimal charge of P80/pax for adults and Php 50/pax for kids. Payment will be collected by the condominium pool in-charge. For long-term guest (will be considered unit-registered), you can access the pool for FREE. Parking: a quick/short hour parking will be available during the day (please request to the security for an available parking). If you intend to park overnight, Php 200/night will be charged per parking space. (Should request and advise the security). GENERAL REQUIREMENTS A) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay; B) Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors 2. NOISE & THE NEIGHBORHOOD A) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times. Guests must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of OTHER UNITS – especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure; 3. VISITORS A) Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay. B) Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules. 4. FUNCTIONS PARTIES AND GATHERINGS are strictly prohibited since this is a Residential Condominium. If we found out that you had a party inside the unit, we will charge you with a corresponding penalty (Php 5,000.00 for a very messy room) Also, kindly minimize your voice when you are inside the building so that other unit owners will not be disturbed especially at night. 5. GARBAGE A) We left trash bags below the kitchen sink. B) Please do not flush any sanitary products down the toilet. We provide a bin for this in each bathroom. 6. SAFETY & SECURITY A) Any time Guests leave, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are properly closed/locked to maintain security . B) Guests must switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions, unplug electric stove when not in use for safety and to promote energy saving. It is not permitted to leave the air conditioning ON when Guests are absent from the property. C) We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In case you misplace something in the house, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover and cleaning. 7. SMOKING A) SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT AND IN THE BUILDING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We will charge Php 10,000.00 to those guest/s who will violate this condominium policy. (Ask the guards for directions to designated smoking area.) 8. PETS - No pets allowed. 9. HOUSEKEEPING This is an AIRBNB type ofaccommodation, please don’t expect that somebody will clean and change the beddings everyday. The number of beds, linens that will be provided will be based on the number of persons you have booked. There is NO hot shower and no towels. So you have to bring your own towels. NO WASHING MACHINE 11. KITCHEN A) GRILLING – not allowed B) TURN ON the range vent when cooking to release smoke, heat and steam as this might activate the fire alarm system of the whole building. Please refrain from cooking strong-smelling food like dried fish/bulad. C) Be careful not to wash food remains down the drain. Please throw any kitchen scraps into the trash bin and dispose of it properly. D) To simplify the inventory process, please return any kitchen items back to where you originally found them. 12. ACCIDENTAL LOSS, DAMAGES & BREAKAGES - The condo unit are equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. Any loss of items or damage to property will be charged to the guest. Damages include but are not limited to missing items, (glasses, plates, mugs, towels), breakage, tears, stains, odors, chipping, discoloration, and distortion. The penalty will be used to cover repair or replacement of items to prepare the unit for the next guest.
