Welcome to our family home on the outskirts of beautiful York, consistently voted as one of the best city's in the UK! We are only 15 mins walk from the city centre where you will be able to taste the delights of a city steeped in history. The space A large and comfortable double room in our family home. You will have a private shower room with toilet with fresh towels. We provide freshly ground coffee, loose leaf tea and herbal teabags on a hospitality tray. We can provide simple breakfast goods and dairy free alternatives are provided on request. The desk provides a workspace or dressing table with mirror and hairdryer. There are two bedside lamps and more atmospheric fairy lights and candles to make your stay more relaxing. A comfy chair will provide you with a quiet space to read one of our books or one of our many guides and booklets about York. The vintage style radio can be used to stream your own music and we provide a 4 way USB charger for all your electrical needs. During your stay We both work from home most of the week, and can be available for local information on restaurants, pubs and activities during your stay. You will be very welcome to join us on a dog walk too! Access to house via a key box when we are not available.
