If you have questions I prefer texts or messages through Airbnb. This recently remodeled basement has a Beautiful Master Bedroom with a walking closet and own bathroom. The Living room has an Electric FIreplace, and a 50" Smart TV. -The kitchenette has the necessary cutlery utensils, paper plates, and cups. It also has a fridge, microwave, and toaster. - High-speed Internet Wi-Fi - Cable - 50” Smart TV on the living room with Blu-ray and DVD player -If you need a Pack ’n Play/travel crib, please let me know and we will be glad to provided it for you :) *The Sofa located in the Living room used to be a sofa bed. However, it got jammed by past guests, and I am not listing it as an extra sleeping arrangement anymore. If you need extra sleeping arrangements, you are welcome to bring air mattresses or wherever you need for a couple extra guests. We will also provide an extra folding bed twin size. FYI: We also rent the upstairs level as a vacation rental. If you would like to use it for bigger groups, you are more than welcome to do that, just ask me and I will send you the link! The space in the description is fully yours as the upstairs has a separate entrance but with the facility to open it up if you desire. SUPPLIES: We provide fresh sheets, blankets, towels, hand soap, iron, iron board, toaster, paper plates, cups, and plastic cutlery. Guest access -You will have access to a basement apartment with a master bedroom, a living room, a breakfast bar kitchenette, (please notice that the kitchenette doesn' t have a stove neither a sink) a master bedroom, 1 full bath, a big hallway with a desk and The Living room with an Electric Fireplace, 55" Smart TV plus Cable and DVD_Blue Ray Player. -The Sofa located in the Living room used to be a sofa bed. However, it got jammed by past guests, and I am not listing it as an extra sleeping arrangement anymore. If you need extra sleeping arrangements, you are welcome to bring air mattresses or wherever you need for a couple extra guests. - PARKING is on the STREET. -The Park located behind the Backyard is PRIVATE PROPERTY and we are not allowed to go there. We have beautiful parks just 5 mins away :) Other things to note -No access to Garage. -This is a basement apartment. -This unit does not have AC. However, because is a basement apartment, is usually fresh and the master bedroom has a ceiling fan and the Living room has a portable fan. -This place has a water heating system and you will hear running water through the walls. -The thermostat control is located on another unit and is usually on during the winter, and we ask the guests from the other unit to keep it in a nice temperature. We also have portable heaters if you feel you want the place a little warmer. -This is a basement apartment. -I host another area of the house also for Airbnb, The space in the description is fully yours as they occupy a separate entrance and separate kitchen. If you would like to have a bigger group or family reunions let me know and I will send you the link for you to check it out! -Potential noise from other Airbnb guests on the other side of the house, you will hear their footsteps -The Park located behind the Backyard is PRIVATE PROPERTY and we are not allowed to go there.
