The house sits almost literally right on the sea. From everywhere inside and outside the house on both the upper and lower decks, your view is right out onto the bay. There is a small kitchennette with fridge, microwave dishes and glasses. And there is a big bathroom. The house sits next to the Phuket Cruising Yacht Club, it's in area full of locals and sailors, no tourists. It's a real rustic down to earth kind of place, the beach is usually dirty, can't really call it a beach. But there's lots of beaches within 5-20 minutes drive. Guest access cable tv, tv both upstairs and downstairs, air-conditioning, wifi internet, fridge, sink, bathroom, bedroom, nice stereo system for music. Other things to note Small community of about 7 homes on a sand bar peninsula with water in front and back of the house.
