Escape to Burgundy in our spacious villa, ideal for families and groups of friends. Enjoy the private heated pool, open in season, for moments of relaxation. The space Our house includes 6 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, and two cozy living rooms. The large garden and terrace are perfect for barbecues and alfresco dining. Located in a peaceful setting overlooking the surrounding countryside, close to the best vineyards and attractions of Burgundy, our villa offers a unique experience, combining comfort and rustic charm. Whether for a relaxing or active stay, you'll find everything you need here! The house includes: - kitchen equipped with dishwasher - living room - TV lounge/library - 6 bedrooms: 1 children's dormitory (with 2 bunk beds, 1 single bed), 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds. - 2 bathrooms with toilet - 2 separate WCs - Large garden - Play area with ping pong table - Heated, private, fenced pool - open from mid-May to late September depending on the weather - Charcoal barbecue - Fire pit - Games and books available - Baby crib and high chair available. Part of the house was renovated in 2023 (kitchen and rooms in the attic). The pool was built in 2021. The house has an area of 250 m². The living rooms are on the ground floor and the bedrooms are upstairs. The surroundings: The village of St Bonnet de Joux located 4 km away offers all the amenities needed for a simple and pleasant stay: Super U, pharmacy, bakery, bank, hairdresser etc. Cluny, 15 km away, offers local shops and restaurants; it is a small, dynamic town steeped in history. Walking routes are within walking distance from the house: small loops in the woods or round trip to the Suin hill in 12 km for example. A GR also passes nearby. You can also enjoy your stay to explore southern Burgundy, enjoy its magnificent heritage, its vineyards and its sweetness of life. Ideas for outings: visit Cluny and its abbey, Haras National (20 minutes), Le Pal amusement and animal park (1 hour), Château de Cormatin (25 minutes), Château de Berzé (25 minutes), wine route. Guest access Check-in is by car. You can park in the parking lot of the house. The nearest train stations are Mâcon TGV (35 min) and Creusot – Montceau-Les-Mines TGV station (40 min). Buses run between Mâcon city and Cluny (20 minutes). Other things to note Internet connection via fiber optics. A router is available to extend the wifi network. Wi-Fi is not available in all rooms at the same time. The right side of the house contains another accommodation (without access to the garden or the pool). Please respect the neighbors (no outdoor music). The accommodation is not suitable for parties.
