Your car is safe in the private garage. The space The 110 sqm apartment, completely renovated, is located in a building from the early 1900s, a typical example of the architecture of the Catania bourgeoisie, in the historic center of Catania, in the area that once belonged to the city's master bakers. The apartment at your disposal is completely independent and equipped with every comfort. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV, air conditioners; the living room is equipped with TV, safe, air conditioning, a vintage console for electronic games and DVDs, as well as a comfortable sofa bed. The many beds available if necessary (up to 9, adding a single bed in one of the two bedrooms and taking advantage of the sofa bed in the living room) and the two comfortable bathrooms with shower, make it the ideal place for families or small groups, but also for a couple who want to enjoy their stay in a quiet and private place. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the apartment, except for the closet. Other things to note Please note: The tap water is drinkable. When entering the apartment, our guests will find basic necessities such as drinking water in the fridge, detergents, soap, toilet paper and more, but it should be noted that this is a service offered only at the reception, therefore, guests will not have to expect their continuous supply during their stay. To avoid any type of contact with the neighbor's dogs (even if they are tame), a window in bedroom no. 2 and that of one of the two bathrooms have been made opaque and closed, so they cannot be opened. The television in the bedroom allows the Smart TV function to work (Internet/YouTube, etc.) but does not guarantee clear vision. The corridor has 2 spotlights that leave a dim light active during the night to allow a minimum of night vision. Also, I would like to give a little advice to those who intend to rent a car during their stay in Catania: do not choose a large car because Catania is an ancient city and its streets, especially in the historic center, are not very wide and a car that is too big could cause you difficulty both for driving and for parking; Furthermore, the distances to reach the places of interest are not significant so, a small or medium-sized car is more than fine... GARAGE PARKING SPACE: If you travel by car, we will be happy to put at your disposal our private garage with a large parking space located in the street behind the apartment. P.S.
