The Big Yellow House 2 - Hot tub for cool nights

Conveniently located between I5 and Hwy 99, the BYH 2 is located in a quiet neighborhood with access to country walks, local stores and restaurants, movie theater, etc. Beat the summer heat in the sparkling pool. The bedrooms and private bath is spacious and comfortably furnished. The bathroom is NOT shared with the host, but is for your use only. The rooms are suitable for singles, couples, families and a single airbed and pack and play are available. The space The bedrooms are located upstairs. The shared bathroom is adjacent to the bedrooms, for your private use (never shared with the host). Upon your arrival you will find refreshments available in each room along with Smart TV, small frig, Keurig and microwave for your convenience. Eating utensils and glassware are also provided. Both rooms have a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube TV and Hulu. We love meeting new people and are open to sharing our common areas, pool, hot tub, patio, etc. With prior arrangement the kitchen is also available. We are open to dogs (no cats please due to allergies) and have a large fenced yard. Please pick up after your fur baby. We are a working couple who are usually up and about by 6 a.m. We love to entertain and frequently have guests over. We would love to share a glass of wine and tell you about the local area. When the weather permits you are welcome to use the pool. During colder months we often sit around the fire pit enjoying conversation and a beverage of your choice. The same holds true for the summers when we gather in and around the pool in the evening. You are welcome to join us anytime. Cigars and good Scotch or the drink of your choice are always welcome! Guest access The kitchen is available upon prior arrangements. Guests have access to the pool, patio and hot tub, and are welcome to access through the common areas. There is a Smart TV in each bedroom, but you are welcome to join us downstairs anytime. We respect your privacy, but welcome your company. During your stay We respect your privacy, but we would love to meet you and share information about our community and surrounding area. We live in the home and all common areas are shared. You are welcome to join us at anytime. Other things to note Check in - 3:00 p.m. Check out - 11:00 a.m. Luggage drop off and storage available. Lemoore is a perfect stop if you are traveling through CA or in the area visiting family living or stationed at NAS Lemoore! We welcome those working remotely. The BYH is centrally located between Interstate 5 and Hwy 99, just off the Hwy 41. Halfway between LA & San Francisco, the Central Coast and the Sierras. A perfect day trip for wine tasting in Paso Robles, a day at the beach or a visit to the Sequoias and Yosemite. We also have 2 great local breweries!
