Brand New Floors! Charming Atlanta Brick Bungalow in the heart of one of Atlanta's oldest districts, Adam's Park. On a very quiet, non-busy street, this house is close to all Atlanta has to offer. 15 minute drive from/to Hartsfield International Airport, 15 minute drive to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, 18 minutes to Downtown Atlanta. This house offers a newly renovated tile full bath, fast Wifi (Google Fiber internet), kitchen stocked with the basics, 2 bedrooms, and an office with a standing desk. The space This is an older house and gives a feel for what Atlanta used to be. I've been slowly renovating it over time while preserving it's character. It can sleep up to 8, counting a sofa bed, couch, provided blowup mattress, queen, and king beds. 55 inch Roku TVs are in all bedrooms and the living room for streaming services. The kitchen has cooking tools and flatware as well as a Keurig coffee machine. Security The property is monitored 24/7 with outdoor video cameras from multiple different angles. There is a video doorbell there so I can monitor who comes to the door. There are no cameras inside the property. The front door has a keycode deadbolt that I change remotely. There are emergency keys to the front door available upon request. It is not recommended to park on the street due to frequent car break-ins. Park on the driveway close to the house. Guest access You have access to the main house. The basement is just for storage and is not accessible. The back detached garage can be used to park a car upon request. That is also where you can plug in an electric car as well. Other things to note My ideal tenant is a working professional who plans to stay anywhere from 30 days to indefinitely and follows the below rules: - DO NOT SMOKE IN THE HOUSE. Number 1 rule. You can smoke on the front porch or back deck. - Please take the trash and recycling out to the road every Thursday night. Trash and recycling comes every Friday morning early. Even if you arrive on Thursday and non of the trash is yours in the containers, I still need you to take it to the road Thursday night so that we can keep the property clean. - Please do not steal little things like towels and cups. They add up over time and I've many towels stolen. Please place all linens in the bath tub or washing machine at the end of your stay. - If you move the furniture around, please move the furniture back where you found it after your stay. - Above all, respect the property and treat it as good or better than you would treat your own house because you are a guest. If my cleaning crew reports the smell of smoke inside the house I will fine you an additional $250 for a deep clean. You can smoke outside the house! Just not inside because there are other people who stay at this house who do not smoke and do not enjoy the smell of smoke. Thank you!
