Come and spend your spring, summer or fall vacation in VALLON PONT D'ARC. At the same time, discover the Pont d'Arc Cave with the drawings of several thousand years old, (former name: Chauvet Cave). Our cottage is ideally located to visit the Cave and the Gorges of the Ardèche. Take the opportunity to go canoeing/kayaking. The space Our Bengalie cottage can accommodate 4 guests and is only a few kilometers from the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc, in a heavenly place, on a fenced wooded plot with a splendid view of the Vallon plain, the vineyards, the entrance to the Gorges and you can even see La Caverne. It is fully equipped, there is room to sleep for 4 people (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people). Living room with living room, sofa bed 2 people, dining area and fireplace, flat screen TV (DTT) + DVD. Bedroom with double bed, lots of storage, shower, sink, toilet. Kitchen with reversible air conditioning with breakfast corner, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, gas stove with oven, fridge, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment. In a separate room you will find a washing machine, 2 toilets, sink (cold water). Under the shelter there is an outdoor shower (hot water) and a clothesline. Covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue (charcoal). No one opposite. Private swimming pool, sunbathing, ping-pong, boules playground. Place to park next to the house. We accept pets (upon request). Other things to note Check-in is from 4 p.m. onwards. Late check-in is not a problem if we are notified. Check-out is until 10:00 a.m. Rate includes all charges, except tourist tax. You must leave the property clean upon checkout, if necessary the cleaning will be charged 50 Euros. Off season 2 nights minimum. From July 13th to September 1st minimum duration of one week, change day on Saturday. Strong point: the exceptional location, magical place with superb quiet view and still only a few kilometers from the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc and all activities. Weak point: Bathrooms accessible from the room. But additional toilets next to the house, accessible from the outside. Ideal location for relaxation, walks, visits to the Ardèche Gorges with the famous Pont d'Arc (canoeing/kayaking-swimming) caves and the Pont d'Arc Cave (restoration of the Chauvet Cave), the Old Vallon. Also visit the Gorges and the beach of La Beaume, Chassezac, Bois de Païolive, dolmens. In the surrounding area, a wide choice of activities: first flight in a microlight, paintball, golf, mini-golf, caving, canyoning, climbing sites, via ferrata, hook and loop, walking, biking, mountain biking, scooter, horseback riding or with a donkey. A little further: the Ray-Pic waterfall, the volcanoes, the Sautadet waterfalls (La Roque sur Cèze in the Gard 30). Authentic old villages. In short, enough sites to visit to fill several stays. Also taste our regional products: high quality charcuterie such as terrines and sausages, chestnut, honey, lavender and goat cheese products. Possibility to visit Melvita, learn all about the manufacture of organic care products. Warning: On Saturday, July 21, 2018, the TOUR DE FRANCE passes a few hundred meters in front of the house. Keep in mind that most of the departmental roads around Bourg St Andéol, Gorges, Vallon, Sampzon, Ruoms and towards Grospierres and Alès will be closed for much of the day.
