The overall complex consists of an old building as well as a new building, together offering 124 square meters of space including five rooms, among them three bedrooms, a living room with additional sleeping arrangements in the conservatory, a spacious dining room with a wood-burning stove, as well as two bathrooms, one of which with a sauna. This separate unit is both acoustically and visually isolated from the rest of the house, ensuring privacy. Beyond the walls extends a large garden with various types of trees and shrubs, fruit trees, and berry bushes.
