This cozy home complete is less than a 10 minute car ride to the Falls and Clifton Hill. Or, if you are touring wineries, a ten minute drive to the nearest winery and only a 20 minute drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake. After a long day of site-seeing come back and unwind in the comfortable living room or head outside to the hot tub. The hot tub is running and available to use year-round including in the winter. We have Wifi and Netflix. The space The house features a full kitchen which includes silverware, flatware, cooking supplies, a drip coffee machine, and a toaster. There is a washer and dryer. We have Wifi and Netflix. Sleeping arrangements consist of five bedrooms with queen size beds in each bedroom. There are four bedrooms on the second floor, one bedroom in the basement, and three full bathrooms (one on each floor). There is parking for 5 cars. There is a putting green in the backyard with putters and golf balls provided. Guest access The entire house is yours and yours alone. Other things to note We kindly ask that you read through our house rules and ensure your group is able to adhere to them before booking: 1. No parties. You will have to leave the premises immediately without refund whether is your first night, second night or so on. 2. No music or loud noises outside. 3. No shoes in the house 4.
