It also has a washing machine and laundry products, as well as a basic cleaning set with a vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop and brush, along with detergents and utensils needed for daily maintenance. Other things to note 🕒 Times and access - Check-in is from 2pm and is done by self check-in, with a lockbox with code located at the door of the apartment. - Check out by 11am to allow cleaning and preparation of the place for the following guests. 🧼 Cleaning and maintenance - The apartment is always delivered clean, reviewed and in perfect condition, with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. - You can request additional cleaning service or change of sheets and towels at any time during your stay, at the time that suits you best. At the end of your stay, we kindly ask you to leave the place in a reasonable state, without any food debris. Prohibited ⚠️ products and attention to the furniture Do not use bleach, acetone, alcohol, permanent markers, or abrasive products on surfaces. Some materials and finishes in the apartment are delicate and could be irreversibly damaged by misuse. We ask for special care with the furniture, textiles, countertops, and walls to preserve the quality of the place. 📋 Inventory and Incident Communication The apartment has a complete inventory that is reviewed before and after each stay. If any anomaly, damage, or lack of material is detected, please notify the CanarySuperHost ® team immediately. If it is not reported at the beginning, any damage or fault detected at the end of the stay will be considered attributable to the guest. 🌬️ Respect and coexistence - No parties, events or loud music. - Please keep the noise level low, especially after 10pm. - No pets permitted. - Only people registered in the reservation can be accommodated, with a maximum of four guests. - No smoking allowed inside the apartment. 🗑️ Waste management Each floor of the complex has a garbage room by the elevator where you can conveniently deposit the waste. Please make sure to leave the bags well closed and do not leave trash in hallways or common areas.
