Additionally, the apartment provides a stable and high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The space This apartment building is located in an ideal location, less than a 10-minute walk from the center of Brno, offering comfortable accommodation with excellent access to main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The building has three floors and does not have an elevator, which adds to its peaceful atmosphere. Guests can use the shared laundry room located on the second floor, available to all guests, making it especially convenient for longer stays. Parking is available in a neighboring building for a fee of 350 CZK per car per night. A reservation is required for parking. Guest access Facilities and Services Available in the Building Laundry Room: The laundry room is located on the 2nd floor and is available free of charge at any time. The door is labeled "Prádelna" (Laundry Room), making it easy to find. Waste Sorting: Trash bins are located on the ground floor, in the passage near the entrance door. Yellow bin: Plastics, beverage cartons, and aluminum Blue bin: Paper Black bin: Mixed waste (everything else) Apartment Cleaning: If your stay exceeds 7 nights, apartment cleaning is provided once a week. Other things to note If you will need housekeeping during your long term stay, we will schedule it, even every day. Long term booking always contains housekeeping.
