Newly revovated bathroom! This carriage house apartment is ideal for the adventurous couple, the solo traveler, or anyone looking to get a bit closer to this beautiful part of horse country. This apartment overlooks our backyard/barnyard as well as a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It is ideally located within easy travel of Greenville, Spartanburg, and Asheville. Explore the Tryon Internation Equestrian Center, parks, dining, and all our little slice of heaven can offer! The space This is a small but very well-adapted space. You will walk up the exterior stairs and land on a small deck overlooking the backyard/barnyard. You enter the space into the living room, which is equipped with internet TV and a sectional sofa that converts to a queen bed (all bedding stored in the ottoman). Off of the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen (including laundry). Also off of the living room is the bedroom with queen bed (bed frame includes storage drawers) and off of the bedroom is the bathroom featuring full-tiled shower and armoire for additional storage. It should be noted that although the space has doorways, it does not have any doors. Bedroom and bathroom do have privacy curtains. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy our property, which includes several nice areas to spread out and enjoy, however, we do not permit guests in any of the fenced areas. Our animals are incredibly friendly, but we ask that for your safety and theirs that any interactions occur over the fence. Other things to note We are located off of Cherokee Foothills Scenic Highway, this is a popular thoroughfare (especially on weekends) and some road noise is to be expected. We do allow some friendly dogs with prior approval.
