The space The house, made of stone typical of the region with exposed beams and tiles, has underfloor heating in all rooms and a good wifi connection. Everything is in perfect condition, and we have a beautiful view of the garden on one side and the countryside on the other. It consists of three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. A fourth independent sleeping area. On the ground floor you will find a large dining room with stone fireplace and a very well equipped kitchen, a small living room/office, a toilet, a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer), and a large living room with three sofas and a large fireplace. Behind the large living room is a sleeping area with garden views and a 160 cm bed. On the first floor, a large hallway overlooks the second bedroom, very spacious with a 160 cm bed and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and the third bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a small 90 cm bed, with its bathroom with bathtub. A second landing offers an American pool table and then gives access to the fourth bedroom, modern style, with a 180 cm bed, and a bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and sink. The indoor pool, heated all year round, is 11 m x 5.5 m and is accessible directly from the house. A shower and toilet attached. Guest access The landscaped garden is large and fully enclosed.
