Other things to note ****IMPORTANT**** - PASSPORT or ID of all guests will be asked at check in, for control and registration (authorities policies for licensed apartments). Driver´s license NOT accepted. - MINORS (under 21), are NOT allowed. So, at check in, we reserve the right of admission. Thanks for understanding. * exception: minors over 7 years old, with parents. - FOLLOW HOUSE RULES: * No shouting, no singing, no loud music, no pre or post parties (when arriving late don't be noisy), after 23hs. There are other guests on vacation or working, and everyone has to be respectful with the rest. Not complying this, can carry a penalization. Thanks for understanding. * Smoking is totally forbidden in the whole apartment (fines may be applied if not respected), except in the back balcony. * Towels are only for apartment use, NOT to take to the beach. * Bicycles are NOT allowed inside the apartment. - CHECK IN: from 15hs, onwards. - CHECK OUT: till 11hs, strict. - LATE CHECK IN: arriving after 23.30hs, there is an extra 20 euros fee, that have to be paid, cash, on arrival. - KEYS: losing set of keys is a 20 euros fee charge.
